Do I need a website?
No. Besides the website chat bubble, every assistant has its own chat link you can put in your Instagram bio, Facebook page or Google Business profile.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Urdu and Roman Urdu. It replies in the language the customer writes in, so nobody has to switch.
Will it make up prices or answers?
Your assistant is instructed to answer only from the information you give it. When it doesn't know, it says so and offers to have your team get in touch.
How long does setup take?
Once we have your website or documents, an assistant is usually ready within a day. You can test it before it goes live.
What happens when we reach the monthly reply limit?
Customers see a polite message asking them to contact you directly, and you get a notification. You can move to a bigger plan at any time.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is coming soon for the Pro and Enterprise plans. Today your assistant works on your website and through its shareable chat link.
Can it book appointments in our calendar?
Yes, from the Standard plan. You share your Google Calendar with the assistant, and it offers only the times you are actually free, books the slot the customer picks, and can also write every booking and lead into a Google Sheet.
